- Copy of the owner’s CNIC
- Proof of ownership — registry, intiqal or fard
- Society allotment letter and NOC (for society plots)
- Site plan showing the plot and road
- Architectural drawings to the authority’s by-laws (plans, elevations, sections)
- Structural drawings where the authority requires them
