Before you call.
Is the first site visit really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and discuss your needs at no charge. You only pay once you approve a proposal.
How are your fees worked out?
Houses are charged per marla of plot area, depending on the package you choose — Naqsha, Design or Complete. Factories, mosques and commercial buildings are quoted per project after a free site visit.
How long do house drawings take?
About 3 weeks for a 10 marla house, from site visit to full drawing set. Approval time depends on the authority, and we follow up on your behalf.
Do you work outside Sialkot?
Yes — regularly in Daska, Wazirabad and Gujranwala. Ask us about other cities.
Can I take only 3D views or only structural drawings?
Yes. Every service can be taken on its own.
