- 4Drawings & 3D viewsFinal plans and 3D views arrive as PDFs on WhatsApp and email.
- 5Approval handled hereWe prepare the file, submit it and follow up until the map is sanctioned.
- 6Hand-over to your contractorA complete drawing set your contractor can build from — and we stay on call to answer their questions during construction.
Questions from overseas families
Do I need to come to Pakistan?
No. A family member can sign documents locally if needed, and everything else happens on WhatsApp and video call.
How do I pay from abroad?
By bank transfer to our Pakistani account, from a Roshan Digital Account, or a family member can pay at our office. Nothing is due until you approve the proposal.
What time can we talk?
Whenever suits you. We take calls in the evenings and at weekends Pakistan time, so families in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America can join comfortably.
Can you check my plot before I buy it?
Yes. We visit the plot, check its size, access and what the society or authority allows you to build, and send you photos and a short written summary.
What documents do you need?
Plot file or allotment letter, the society’s or authority’s by-laws if available, and your family’s requirements.
