A compact two-storey home on a narrow plot, with vertical fins to shade the upper bedroom from the afternoon sun.
On a narrow 10 marla plot, every foot counts. The family needed four bedrooms, a drawing room for guests and parking for one car.
The plan stacks the private rooms above and keeps the ground floor open from the drawing room to the back lawn. Vertical fins on the front shade the main bedroom from the western sun.
Our Design package covered the plans, elevations and 3D views, and we prepared the approval drawings alongside.
