A production hall with north-light sawtooth roofing, four loading bays and an office block facing the road.
The owner needed more floor space for production, a clear route for goods in and out, and an office that buyers could visit without walking through the workshop.
A sawtooth roof brings even north light onto the work benches all day with very little glare or heat. The four loading bays sit at the back, and the office block faces the road as the factory’s front door.
The column grid was planned so the hall can be extended later without stopping production.
